Have you tried a recipe for authentic Italian crema gelato flavor?
I had the best crema Gelato in Rome a few years ago and tried to find a recipe that duplicates the taste. Thusfar I could find one that offers so much. It was just the taste and light cream very, very rich and delicious. The color was the light of butter ... If you have a recipe that you used, I would love to try it. (I already used allrecipes.com, there is nothing good) I do not want recipes for flavor Crema, no chocolate or other flavor, Thanks! Too, Please do not send me any recipe website, I tried many of them and I am looking for recipes that you used.
