I need a skating dress up to any price?

I need a skating dress that has lots of rhinestones sequins and glitter, the price does not matter. It needs to be multi colored and have a "flouncy" skirt, Bright colors no pastels.

I've seen some great custom made dresses on Ebay, they can be pretty expensive but as they are custom you can get exactly what you want and made to fit exactly to your size. Some were extremely beautiful!
