Why does home made ice cream become a stone in the freezer and store ice cream is still scoopable?
Is there something I can add to my home made ice cream so it doesn't become frozen like an ice cube?
store bought icecream is whipped full of air, up to 50%. that makes it soft enough to scoop at freezer temps.
