How many rounds can a .357 mag/38 sp Henry levergun hold in that tubular mag?
I tried looking at the Henry website but the page gave specs only for the .44 mag (10 rounds), not the other models of the brass Big Boy rifles like the .357/.38 spec.
And can anyone name a fair-to-middlin' good price for one of these, NIB?
Are Henrys really as first rate as they look?

I love the old cowboy stuff. Could see myself happily polishing all that golden brass.
IIRC they both have 10 round magazines.
I think Henry is a little over priced and a little heavy...especially when compared to the quality and value found in the Marlin 1895 or the Italian clones (Uberti-made) "Winchester" 92 and 73's offered in pistol caliber.
I don't see many of the center-fire Henry rifles around here... and the few I have found were in the $700 range for a NIB rifle.
I like that Henrys are American made... but resent that they try to market the name as a direct link to the original Henry Rifle... no link at all.. and a bit of a misrepresentation in my opinion.
