Should WWE start focusing more on the rising stars instead of using the same Main Eventers?

I mean, one day we wont have guys like The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho, Batista, Triple H, ect. Who are really, todays main eventers. So, should WWE start winding down on using the same main eventers over and over again, as much as we like them and start to focus more on the rising stars. Help bring them up to main event status, so when those main eventers i mentioned do go, WWE wont be at a standstill and they have the rising stars to use. They have already done it with guys like Randy Orton and CM Punk, so should they start doing this to others?

Yea, younger guys need to start recieving a push because sooner or later veterans and guys who are carrying the WWE wont be there to control and carry the show. WWE has to start building and training their new and rising start today or else they'll suffer in ratings in the future, and that would be worse than it is today. For example, wrestlers like Kofi Kingston, Evan Bourne, Ted DiBiase, Primo Colgne, Carlito, etc.. If wwe trains and pushes these wrestlers today, they'll be set for the future
