Dessert recipes that are easy to cook (I'm a university student and always strapped for time)?
I know how to make simple easy-bake recipes (ones where powdered versions of brownies and cupcakes are available) and the most I've tried is baking a cheesecake - however, I have an avid sugar-tooth but unfortunately have no time, and usually not enough money to spend on expensive desserts in restaurants. Are there any recipes that are easy to cook and are out of the brownie/cupcake norm?
Crepes are fast easy and cheap
Beat an egg, add flour and milk and beat again...get it like thin cream
Oil up a pan, pour in a thin layer of batter cook on one side, turn it and cook on the other
Fold or roll up and serve with ice cream, chocolate sauce or anything else that takes your fancy
