What is the best way to make a cut on a toe heal quickly?
It's not deep but I scraped the skin of the outside of my toe off. I have a rugby match on Friday and it makes it uncomfortable to wear my boots, especially when I side-step :/ I just want it to heal as much as possible before then. I know plasters (bandaids if your american i think 
) keep out infection but my mate said just to leave the cut in the air as it will heal faster. I'm not sure though...
let it air out with a little antibiotic cream on it
