Does anyone else out there have a white german shephard with blue eyes?
I recently adopted a dog and was told that it was a white, blue-eyed husky or malamute mix.
However, the vet informed me that this was actually false. She says he is a white, blue-eyed german shepard!
I was thrilled to discover this since it seems so rare.
Do you have one of these? Have you noticed any differences from other german shepards, like temperament, health tendencies or the like?
I have a regular german shepherd and a white german shepherd both seem to have the same temperament even though they cat completely opposite. His eyes are very blue and it stands out a lot. It always look like he has his eyes open wide. They're both young still so i haven't seen any health problems.
